Over the last 15 years I've been researching primary and collateral lines, as well as 
neighbors from the vicinity of Calhoun Falls, Abbeville Co, SC.  So, this site has 
nearly 4,300 names.  However, not all the people listed are relatives.  By far the 
largest trees include my maternal lines, Footes and Lees(Collateral:  Rollinson, 
Brooks, Belcher, Davis, Calhoun, McDuffie, etc)  and paternal lines:  Walker and 
Simpkins (Collateral:  Bryant, Cade, Irvin, Glover, Postell, Raindrop, Webber, etc).

I have included the work of two researchers who have joined the ancestors. Eugene 
Johnson, the first cousin once removed of my first cousin twice removed, has 
significant research on the Johnson Family from Abbeville Co, SC.  Nellie Brooks, my 
fourth cousin, is someone I never had a chance to meet, but fortunately their Brooks 
line had preserved the knowledge of their Foote ancestress, and "meeting" on the 
internet brought our lines back together.

I would love to expand on the lines of anyone else that you find listed here.  
Hopefully with the effort and input of many researchers we will find errors and 
missing pieces so that we will create a bridge to the past.  Sankofa - To go back and 
get that which was lost.
